Remember Forever
Teenage Icon's debut EP called Remember Forever was released on 11-11-2022. Rock hard rhythm shakers that remind you of the sixties.
The album can be listened to on every streaming platform in the world and available on CD and Cassette tape. The CDs and Cassettes are available via the webshop, the Cassettes are also available in several record stores in the Netherlands (including Waaghals Nijmegen and Arnhem, Plato Utrecht and Groningen, Orion Records Terneuzen and Concerto Amsterdam.
BIOGRAPHY
Teenage Icon is a garage rock band, founded in Utrecht, Netherlands in 2016. The band consists of songwriter, guitarist and singer Ben van Oosterom, percussionist Gijs van der Leeden, bass guitarist Jorian Pronk and lead guitarist Bas van der Leeden. In December 2021, they released their debut single 'X-Ray Eyes'. Their music is inspired by the vibes of the '50s and '60s, from California sunsets to bluesy Louisiana mornings. They are inspired by bands such as: The Animals, The Kinks, The Last Shadow Puppets, Franz Ferdinand, The Beach Boys, The Turtles, Allah Las and Creedence Clearwater Revival. The first album 'Remember Forever' is now also a fact, the EP can be listened to on every streaming platform in the world. In addition, the album was also physically released on the record labels Big Boss Man Records (CD) and Harry Records (Cassette).

Los Sustos is a garage punk band from Mexico City who, after a series of singles and EPs, released their first album last year with "Nasty Ritmos". Support is entirely in Utrecht hands. Evy & The Assholes is the surf/garage band around drummer Evy the Terrible. The surf band Teenage Icon opens the evening. In between, DJ Crazy Crudesjev plays the best surf, garage and rock 'n roll records. Thanks to Everaldo Pechler for the cool poster! Entrance is free, so it will be a wonderful evening of fuzzing!

9 JUNE 2023 - Festival KoetstockKoetstock: a household name in the region, a fantastic party with great live music and lots of fun on the Sportweg. Like all previous editions, the proceeds from the festival will entirely benefit De Koet Swimming and Recreation Park, also the location where the Koetstock festival takes place every year.

In each preliminary round, five bands from the province of Utrecht compete for the trophy and prizes (including great shows and recording time in Studio Moscow).
